Josh's Bluegill Surprise - Winner of Top Prize in the "Bluegill Cook-off"!!! The boys had to scale (using a spoon), clean, cook, and plate their Bluegills as if they were on the TV Show, "Top Chef"...Then they had to give their dishes a name, describe the ingredients used, and describe their cooking method.
