ALL FULL PLEDGE MEMBERS' WORK HOURS SHOULD BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE MANDATORY JANUARY MEETING - WORK HOURS MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED DURING ONE OF THE WORK DETAILS SCHEDULED IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING MEETINGS AND/OR AS ANNOUNCED.
Any club officer MUST sign off your work hours on the back of your membership card to get credit for hours worked.
THE USE OF CROSSBOWS IN ALL BOW SEASONS IN NJ & PA IS LEGAL!!!
BOWHUNTING WITHIN 50 YARDS OF ANY BUILDING ON ALL BSC PROPERTIES IS NOW LEGAL.
THE 150 YARDS RULE STILL APPLIES DURING SHOTGUN, MUZZLELOADER AND ALL OTHER SEASONS USING A FIREARM.
BOW HUNTERS CAN NOW HUNT ON ANY SUNDAYS DURING ALL BOW SEASONS ON PRIVATE LAND AND ON NJF&W WMAs.
THIS MEANS THAT THERE WILL BE HUNTERS IN THE WOODS HUNTING ON SUNDAYS!!!
BE CAREFUL IN THE WOODS AND KNOW YOUR TARGET AND BEYOND!!!
NJ Saltwater Angler Registry Program
January 1, 2017 - And every year hereafter
The NJ DEP Division of Fish and Wildlife reminds saltwater anglers that the NJ Saltwater Angler Registry Program requires most New Jersey saltwater anglers to register annually prior to fishing in 2017 and every year hereafter.
You must register if you*
* Fish for or catch anadromous species (striped bass & shad in state tidal waters.
* Fish in Federal waters (more than 3 miles from shore) on a privately owned boat that is not for hire.
You do not have to register if you*
* Are under 16 years of age.
* Only fish on federally licensed party or charter boats.
* Hold a Highly Migratory Species Angling Permit.
Online and telephone registration will begin January 1, 2017 and every January 1st hereafter.
